"This cable is an awesome long charging cable and fits securely in the charging port. It also lights up and is animated when charging! When it's done charging, it turns off. The light is nice and bright. But not so bright that it is distracting while I sleep. I don't know of any downsides to this cable as I haven't bent it 1000 times. But it has nice ends, so I don't foresee having a problem with the end fraying or breaking!"

"I LOVE this cord! I was so tired of the horrible cables that Apple makes for the iPhones...they just stop working!! I have purchased 8 of these already...2 for the cars, 4 for the house and 2 travel chargers...the work so great!!! They are Apple certified so you don't get the pop up message when you try to use a generic cord.. My husband an Otterbox and both fit just fine...don't waste your money on any other cord...buy this one!!"

"Before buying this I was very skeptical because I tend to not buy Apple stuff that is not actually apples made, not when I came to buy this this site. I was very surprised because I've had it for over a year and the cable still works great I use it on my bed and I have my iPad plugged in because I use it so much that I run out of battery so fast that having a durable cable is nice to just leave it plugged in and be able to be in my bed and use the cable with my iPad."
